Bionic to iPhone 4?

I am thinking about switching from a Droid Bionic to an iPhone 4...

I can't take my Bionic back. But I found an iPhone 4 on craigslist. What is the protocol for switching between the two? Do I take it to the store? Can I do it over the phone? the Bionic has the 4GLTE card, that is it...

Any help for a newbie would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

I switched from a Droid X to an iPhone I bought from eBay. Before you pick up the iPhone off craigslist, make sure it has a clean ESN, or you'll end up with an overpriced iPod. When you get the phone, you can either take it to the store or call in and swap it over. I tried doing the swap through the Verizon website and had no luck. If you call in, they'll let you know that it would be preferable to do the swap if you're calling from another line in case there is a problem. Otherwise, they'll do it no problem. My transfer went smoothly. If you do call it in and something does muck up, you can always to go a Verizon store and have them swap it over. Hope that helps.
