I was wondering the same thing, I haven't update my watch to the beta yet.

I've noticed more glitches with beta three.. I've restored using iTunes and still the same. Seems like beta 2 was more stable haha for example the spotlight search with shortcuts sometimes doesn't load at all and when opening any app the app resizes correctly after a second or two.

Also the status bar is acting weird..anyone else having this issue?

Yes, I'm running iOS 9 beta 3, and it's working great with my Watch running WatchOS 1.01.

I had a issue with the search field encroaching on the status bar itself, I rebooted my iPhone and that appeared to resolve the issue for me.

i am on beta 3 and my watch is 1.01 and have no issues .. i just updated my phone did not unpair do anything with the watch

Just picked up a second watch and paired it to my iOS9b3 device. Working normally. Will do the watchOS2 beta install next week, so if you need something let me know before then
