Best Option for iPhone Protection

I'm wondering whats the best option for protecting the iPhone in terms of both the screen and the back. I want a good case, and I also want to get some sort of protection on the screen and the back of the phone. I looked at the Zagg Invisible Shield, but it looks like it has really mixed reviews, and I've also looked at best skins ever. I'm somewhat of a clutz in terms of phones, so that's why I definitely want to protect it.

In terms of cases, I'm afraid that unless I get some sort of protection cover on the back, it'll also get scratched up. Any suggestions or experience with various products?
