Best non-glossy scratch protector for the iPhone?

Hey all. I'm getting a 3G S ( ) this Friday coming from a BB. BlackBerry's are always ok to use a cover for, but an iPhone is just too sexy. I've decided I just want a scratch protector for it. I know invisible shield is popular, but I'm not a fan of the gloss and super slidyness of it. Can anyone recommend a screen that I can put on the back that doesn't even look like theres any kind of material on it? I've heard the name phantom skins floating around..

ps- I'm only looking for a back protector. I'm going to take the risk with the front.

What do yall think about those mirror screen protectors? Do you think it'll mess up the oleophopic coating?
