Beatsx display upon connection: where’d it go?

I have my beatsx paired with my two X’s and my 7p. I used to get that nice white animated display at the bottom, upon connection, showing the rotating beatsx and battery; but I no longer do.
Anyone know why it no longer pops up ?

Apparently no such luck.
God knows how many people use these with iPhones and not a single reply. Yayyyy imore ‘community’.

I have the Powerbeats3 and received that animation at the beginning when paired, but have not seen it since. Just get the headphones in the top right hand corner showing the pairing. Same with my Studio 3s.

Paired with iPhone X.
