BBC One's modern re-imagining of Sherlock returned today to kick off it's third series (season) in the U.K. (It'll hit the U.S. and Canada later this month.) It stars Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman. There are only three episodes per series, and a year or more between series ? the stars are busy in Star Trek, the Hobbit, and other movies, after all ? so it's a big deal. If you've watched the first two series, then you have a fair idea what you're in for when Holmes and Watson get back to business. If not, well you're in for a real treat. It's all great, and the end of the third episode of Sherlock series one, and the first episode of Sherlock series two were the best TV I've seen in the last couple of years. If you like owning your TV, you can get both series in iTunes now, or if you have a Netflix subscription, you can stream them at your leisure.
