Looking for Battery setting tab in the Settings window on my iPhone 4s. It's on my phone, but not on my wife's phone. Same for the Details tab within a Text message for on the top right hand part of the Screen. Thanks ...

Till iOS 8, it's through Settings > General > Usage, from iOS 9 onwards, its through Settings > Battery.
