I have my iphone pluged into charger and the battery starts to charge (shows about 25% ). I am also using App AOL Radio. Check back a few hours later and the Battery is at less than 10%. Is this normal.

It should still charge, but just not as fast as normal. Have you tried simply charging it fully without the AOL Radio app running?
