Started to notice my battery life has decreased beyond what it should be anyone else?

That is interesting,because my XS dropped to 87% from 92% after the last iOS upgrade !

this might sound kind of weird. my phone is currently at 98% battery health. is it possible to keep it there what can I do to maintain it

Turn it off and don’t use it.
