As the topic tile say; my battery life went from 3 days to 2 days, since watchOS 4.1

Will a factory reset make it go back to 4.0??

If you have a Series 3, it will go back to 4.0, but if you have older models, they will go to their respective older versions.

... it didn't work, after reseting it's still on 4.1

I was only on watchOS 4.1 for a short period of time on my Series 3 Watch before I installed watchOS 4.2 Dev Beta. Thus far, I get great battery life, but not days worth because I use my Watch way too much, especially Monday through Friday.

No, the watch when factory reset will always go back to the version currently on the watch. If you have installed 4.1, it will stay on 4.1.
