battery indicator

My phone is fully charged and is usually green colored indicator. Earlier it had a little bluetooth indicator on the left and I turned bluetooth off because I don't like seeing that little icon (dumb I know). Now the indicator is white instead of green and there is a little green dot to the left of the indicator. Why????

White indicator shows battery level. Green indicater means it's charging. Not sure what you refer to with the green dot. Is it round?
