My iPhone 5 is draining battery way too fast..
( iOS 8.1.2 )

Current cydia tweaks I have installed is:

Slide2kill8 pro
Movie box
Custommessages
Bytafont 2
Alkaline
Lockify pro
Applist
Prettier banners
Intube 2
Unlocksound 7
Ccsettings
Inataenhancer
Unlimtones
Toneenabler
Infiniboard
Springtomize 3
Bdayspotify
Icleaner pro
Date in statusbar
Cachecleaner
Barrel
Zeppelin
Ifile
Localiapstore

If I don't touch the phone at all the battery can stay at 1% for like forever

What's going on?

It's difficult to say since your phone is not running stock. In order to calibrate your device to see if there is anything wrong you'd have to bring it back to stock, and I don't know if you'd be willing to do that.
What kind of battery life are you getting?

I do not know what's going on, but you can try to correct the problem by learning more about the tweaks you've installed or by process of elimination.

Your battery is not calibrated to your phone properly. The easiest way around would be to let your battery drain out till its dead. Leave it dead for an hour, then charge it up to 100%. Try not to use the phone during this period and after its full charged, leave it for another hour or so. This could help to recalibrate back the battery and phone
