Because iBackupBot did not detect my phone

I must be misunderstanding this question because you should be able to look in the upper right corner of the screen and see the battery level.

If you just want to know the capacity of the battery of your phone (listed on your profile as an iPhone 4s) it is 1432 mAh. If you want to know how much the battery has degraded or how many milliamps are left at full capacity, you'll need to use an app, like others said.

Sure it doesn't, I wish the stock iPhone comes with rich info about the battery.
This one is from cydia. If you jailbreak then look for "battery life" in cydia. It's free
