backup problems

I plugged my ipod in to my family computer for the first time tonight, and it backed up to my daughters iphone. I have never backed up my ipod to anything on the computer, or even on apple. Is there any way to revert my ipod to that way it was before I plugged it with out restoring it to factory settings

How is that possible? You cannot back up directly to another device. Your daughter would have to restore her iPhone with your backup in order for it to happen. If I misunderstood your comment, my apologies, but can you elaborate more.

If all you did was backup your iPod, there should be nothing to revert back to. Your iPod should be exactly how it was prior to you backing it up.
