Auto fill Only Partially Working

My auto fill works perfectly. I set up my wife's iPad the same way and her auto fill will only fill her name, zip code, and phone number. Her contact card has everything. Address, email, everything, just like mine. How do I get auto fill to fill in the rest of her information?

Actually, I saw that post myself, but that topic refers to auto fill not working at all. In my wife's case, it only fills a couple of things from her contact card, but leaves most of the information out.
