What maximises battery?

I have auto brightness on and my battery life is very good.

I have it off and my battery is fine.

I have it on, the iPhone does a good job at keeping it at the right level. Just find out your brightness at 100%

I have it off but I set brightness bout 25%. If I need more brightness, I just turn it up then back down when I'm done with it. No trouble with battery

I always set brightness manually.

I keep it on. Apple is really good at making the brightness correct for the situation.
