AT&T upgrade eligibility for iPhone 4S

So that is why I am always able to upgrade within a year!! Thanks for this! I thought it was a blackberry thing with AT&T. Why doesn't the other lines get a 1 year upgrade?

I have the same. I asked AT&T and they said it was a courtesy customer loyalty upgrade. I've been saving mine for three months in anticipation of the new iPhone.

My wife is the secondary line and hers was moved up from Oct 21 for a full discount on a new phone.

I just got my 3GS with AT&T on 08/15/11 grrrr I hate this I guess full price it is man cause sprint was a no no for me.

I find this quite interesting as AT&T's policy has always been to allow fully discounted equipment upgrades at 21 months - a 2 year contract and a 3-month early upgrade date.

My question is have you verified your date or are you just guessing based in your last equipment upgrade date?
