What's the deal with the AT&T unlimited throttling? I haven't heard anything in a while and want to know if I can use unlimited without being throttled

oh God this is gonna be great, and I read online that they are still throttling "congested" areas?

Supposedly throttling on a per tower basis when that cell tower is congested.

how do I know if my tower is congested?
