If you log in to your wireless account, what does it say under the alerts on the main screen as submitted date? (Will post a screenshot or pic shortly)

I'm trying to figure out why everyone's ship dates are off. I ordered mine around 4am (by the time I got through) and my friend ordered around 11pm later that day.

He received his on the 19th and I'm still waiting... says 10/13-10/22 as the shipping date. It originally says mid-November, but changed on Thursday.

Only difference may be that I'm a premier customer and he isn't.

It's possible, but I can't say for certain. Have you contacted AT&T and asked if they shipped to customers based on customer category/status?

Many factors can go into ship dates, color, storage capacity come to mind. There are 3 colors and 3 storage options per color and only 100,000+ being built for the 6+ per day so hopefully others cancel and we get ours sooner. I ordered on the 19th and originally had a date of 11/2 - 11-27 then it switched to 10/30 - 11/10 so I was happier, but still waiting.

When I first called, they couldn't even see my order. It's peculiar that after I called on the 15th, the order pops up spontaneously.

In alerts, it shows 9/15 as the order date, but in the actual order status page, it says 9/12... which is false.

And I checked my email and saw that it shipped!!!! But on the website (wireless.att.com), it still shows preparing to ship rather than shipped.
