Try buffing it. But be careful about buffing too much.

It can supposedly be buffed out by a jeweler or you could try to do it yourself.

Standard jewelry stainless cleaner with a soft rag should remove all the superficial scratches. Any deep gouges would require a visit to a jeweler to seek their advice.

I'm surprised it withstood a scratch against s cement wall without more serious injury.

As for your watch, sounds like the scratches could have been worse. Looks like the glass and frame surrounding it did not get damaged.
