Larry and Le_Bo look like they are wifi tests, not actual LTE speeds.

I'll start off by saying that 8mbps download is LTE. That is minimum to be called LTE anyway. Here are my WiFi speeds while I'm watching a live stream on YouTube. My router probably needs to be reset and I want a better one too.

Do not rely on those numbers. The test is between your connection and a test server, and has nothing to do with numbers you would see outside of the test server in real world use.
