Are there any quality fit band apps that allow the bands to communicate with either an iPad or Microsoft Surface pad?

I am interested in one of the previously discussed fit bands and do not have an iphone or android. Was curious if there were quality apps out which allow the bands to communicate with either an ipad or Microsoft surface pad.

It's all about the band's app... if it supports tablet devices... you'd have to check the apps for the bands that interest you and see if they're tablet friendly. Or not...
