Are The Apps You Have Installed Getting Updated Regularly?

I am curious if your apps you have on whatever iDevice you have iPhone or iPad or iPod Touch gets updated on a regular basis or do you leave them for a long time?

My installed apps do appear to get updated on a regular basis...

I suppose I should have said like I am now without the use of the app refresh in the OS. I meant checking on a regular basis as I do through iTunes. How about that way anyone?
