Are SHSH BLOBS are meant for a particular device ? Please help !

Are SHSH BLOBS are meant for a particular device or can I use them for any other device ? I have shsh blobs saved in my pc for my once used iphone 4 now I have a new iphone 4 ios 7.0.4 . jailbroken. There is no blobls saved for this device . I want to downgrade it to its original version i,e, 6.1.3 , so can I use blobs of older iphone 4 saved in my pc to downgrade the present iphone 4 from 7.0.4 to 6.1.3 . Please help .

I believe the blobs have to be from the current device. The blobs from a previous device will not work.

speaking of Blobs, i assume that they can be saved for the 5s but still useless as of now?

They can be saved on any device, jailbroken or not. But, they were never used for the 5, so it's unlikely they'll be useful for the 5c/s anytime soon either.
