Appstore problem ios7

excuse me, sorry for my bad english.
just want to ask why my appstore acting weird in ios 7 on my 4s?
when there is an update, there is no badge in my appstore icon, so i never know there is an update until i open appstore manually. so i must open appstore and all the update showed up.
on my 3gs with ios 6, every time there is an update, a red badge number showed beside appstore icon as usuall.
maybe anybody can help me?

If automatic downloads is set to automatically update, then I don't believe you will see any notifications on the icon.
Setting > iTunes & App Store > automatic downloads.

i already turn off that from the first time, but still no update notification, i must open app store to see if there is an update, normally when i was in ios 6 in my 3gs the update notification was there. but now in my 4s ios 7 it weird

i've search google to find same issue with me, and there is many issues like me, even with ios 4-5-6

I am not sure if I am remembering correctly but I believe that before automatic downloads I ios 7 the only way you knew there were updates was to open the App Store. Then the badge appeared.

nope, in my 3gs everytime there is an update, a badge will show up first without must open appstore

already did that, but still no luck, there is an instagram update today and i know from my friend tweet, and i open appstore manually and the instagram update showed up. it doesn't show up(red badge) before i open appstore.

The App Store won't let you know there is an update for an app the second it comes out, the App Store usually checks for updates either when the phone isn't doing anything or at set times during the day (at least once per day) while it has a data connection (wifi or cellular).
