AppStore glitches while updating

After iOS 9 update for my 5S, i am facing alot update issues.
All the Microsoft applications shows, updating and are not getting updated!
Also, with the other applications too, like Candy crush, amazon app recently(however it got downloaded).
These issue i faced after updating to iOS 9.

Had Microsoft office apps, take onenote, i reinstalled it yesterday,22nd. Today i get an update which was released on 21st!
I wonder how!?
This is happening with truecaller and other apps too!

I had app update issues the past 2 days. It appears iOS 9.0.1 has fixed it.

Updated! But having the same issue.
Crystal was last updated on 16Sep. Still its in the update list.
Wonder when are they gonna fix this issue!

Been getting the update glitch too.

try checking via iTunes for app updates and update them there, then sync to your devices.

I tried this once. Then decided to uninstall the apps and update it again from phone because updating through iTunes made a notification badge stay in the AppStore icon, without any application to be updated. It's irritating. (OS 9.0.0)

I dont know who is using the preview builds, and how come they're not reporting issues as such?!
Apple is updating its OS with bugs! Right from its iOS 8
