Apps stuck on waiting with iPhone 6

Hey everyone,

I have a iPhone 6 and iPad 3, on the same iCloud account. Both were completely fine up until about two weeks ago when I realized I could no longer download apps on either device. When I try, they always get stuck on or waiting or make no progress at all. If I connect either device to iTunes, apps can be downloaded straight to the device with no issues. I reset the iPad and connected it to my iCloud account again, and I am still experiencing this issue. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Try going into settings on both devices and log out of the iTunes and AppStore on both... reboot - then log in again.

If anything delete the frozen app and just redownload it.
