I was cleaning my Apple Watch and noticed there was something under the back next to the HeartRate Sensor, it almost looks like paint chipped underneath it somehow. Is this something to worry about or should I take it to apple. I’ve had it for about 10 months. I will attach an image to this thread so everyone can have a look.

I’ve used my first gen Watch the same like this. Nobody sees it, not even you and it doesn’t affect anything.
Leave it and forget about it.
