Apple TV 4k problem with subtitles

I have the closed captions turned on and set for the size/color I like on my Apple TV 4K settings. It works great with all of my apps except for Sundance Now. Their captions stay very small, white and difficult to read. Is there any way to get the Sundance shows to play with the larger closed captions that I have set for the Apple TV? Thanks.

Since it's only affecting the Sundance Now app, the problem is possibly on its side. Have you reached out to the app's developers about the problem?
