Apple to leakers: Stop misleading accessory makers

A new report says that Apple has told leakers to stop sharing information about leaked or stolen iPhone prototypes as it could mislead accessory makers into creating products that don't fit devices.

Sounds fishy. I doubt accessory makers make products based on leak rumors. I know I wouldn't.

I agree with you. Perhaps there are a few newbies that develop products on based on rumored specs, but if so, it seems like a foolish endeavor.
