Apple shortens return window for iPhones to 14 days, is that enough time?

Apple has altered its iPhone return policy, shortening the return period for devices from 30 days to 14. Nothing else with the policy has changed, and devices returned to Apple must still be undamaged and contain all included accessories.

My opinion is that no one's going to be returning the iPhone in that fast of a time...

Customers would be selling those iPhones anyway...

I don't see an issue. You buy the phone and you use it. If you hate it, you'll know in a day or two.

It's becoming the standard, a lot of places went the 14 days awhile ago. Think most would know about an issue within the first few day.

Exactly, for something as used as a phone you certainly know if you'll keep it within the week

Mine had to be returned within a day. The flaw was noticeable right away. The second one I got was perfect. I don't really mind a shorter return period. I feel it's on par with the carriers policies.

yup i think thats a great idea. gives people less time to drop and scuff their phones before attempting go return them.
