Help! I don't know my original notes password. I can't get into any more beyond last week (because I reset the passcode) and I have 2 years of precious notes I've locked! Apple was zero help on this issue.

Go to Settings > Notes > Password.
Tap Reset Notes Password.
Enter your Apple ID password.
Tap Reset Notes Password again.
Enter your new password and password hint.
Put your new password safely away in a password keeper app, in Keychain, or write it down and put it somewhere safe.
