Apple Music just deleted everything!

sitting here listening to Apple Music 10 minutes ago (I'm on a road trip) and it paused by itself. I figured I would just hit play. but nooooo. I opened music to get the "never miss a beat- add music to your library to start listening (something like that)" screen

my entire library is deleted and I'm on a road trip so I have no computer at the moment. how do I get my music back?

I did a hard reset and it didn't fix it. and also in the storage/usage settings, it doesn't even show the music app on the list
