Apple Music item cannot be downloaded

Any idea why I’m getting this pop up? I thought once you subscribed to Apple Music you could download any song. I’ve subscribed since the launch of Apple Music.

Yes I am that’s why it’s confusing. I even went to iTunes to download the song and it said it was already purchased. I’ll try the log in/out thing.

Signing out and back in didn’t fix the problem
