I restored from an encrypted iTunes backup to set up my iPhone 6s and all the music that I had "made available offline" is no longer "available offline" or I guess downloaded to my phone. I had disabled cellular data for Apple Music as I was burning through my data. And I disable wifi at work so I can receive gmail. But playing music without cellular or wifi was not an issue on my iPhone 6. Now it is. I spent a lot of time making several songs available offline and I would just like to restore them as such. Any ideas?

Has it finished? Mine restored all my music and movies but it did take a while. Go to the iTunes Store and click all the way in the bottom right hand side and check downloads to see if they are downloading.
