In Apple music, we have Hearts and Stars, what do they mean

If I understand correctly—and that is a BIG if—the heart means you like this type of music and the star means play more like this.

Star seems to be a remnant of iTunes Radio. My artists stations have the star, but the pre-made stations have the heart, as does any individual star. I agree that star means more like this, or less like this anywhere heart means I like this. I get the impression heart affects the recommendations in the for you section while star just affects that station. Just my guess.
