Apple music for ring and ring back tones

why can't i use the songs/music that i have purchased from Apple Music for my Itunes ring tones and ring backs

Welcome to iMore! Simply put, Apple doesn't allow you to use songs from Apple Music as ringtones. You don't own the songs themselves.
