Apple Music At Office

I

iMore Question

i have memberships with apple music(individual plan) and music match At home on my mac And i play music
on my iphone.

My question: Can i sign in with my home apple id just in iTunes at the office and listen to my music without affecting
or loosing any access or destroying my music library on my mac a home?

My mac at the office is a different apple id which i would still use for mac and i have nothing in itunes at work that needs to be saved so i would use my personal apple id for apple music in iTunes

As long as iTunes at your office mac is empty and you are able to log in with your own ID in Apple Music, you are good.

Simply login with your own ID, enable iCloud Music Library in settings and all your music at home will start to appear in iTunes.

I don't know if this would work, and I don't know in relation to Apple Music. I DO know you can change and use multiple Game Center account. Also you can change you Apple ID on devices and thus possibly change Apple stores, people do this to get beta apps, or apps released in different Countries, not your own. I don't know if this would effect the music saved on the devices. It might.

You might just have to try and see. I don't believe you would ever LOSE any music, BUT you might need to download it again as you switch IDs on computers/devices. Let us know how you make out, if you try it. :)

Since I'm asking YOU for feedback you probably should think about joining the site. It's easy, here's how...

Everything works fine as per Tartarus answer. Called apple care and they confirmed.
Being on an individual plan wirh apple music i get disconnected if i start using another device for apple music , same way at home and as for music match i get my whole library.
Nothing is downloaded at work which is good but i could if i hit the cloud icon beside a song but i do not want to do this, so hey I'm good.

By the way quicker response here versus apple community forum, still no reponse there but hey who cares, right, just come here and ask the question ;-)

Thanks
