As a type II diabetic, I welcome this news. I’d love for Apple to get into glucose monitoring. Unfortunately because I have type II and not type I, I don’t qualify for any CGM (continuous glucose monitoring) products and would have to pay for them out of my pocket. And they’re not cheap.

I’m also diabetic, using slow acting as well as fast acting insulin on the daily, this would be great!
