Apple mail

It doesn't hold my password. It says it is incorrect password. AppleCare says it is time warners issue. They say it is Apple

I'm having a similar issue accessing my gmail account using the  native email client.
Every few days I get a large pop up window wanting me to sign into Gmail.
I close out email & open it again, then all is good.

Try deleting the account and add it again.
