Apple is no longer signing iOS 14.7 — it's iOS 14.7.1 or nothing now

Apple has stopped signing iOS 14.7 which means people can no longer install it on iPhones. That means that the only version of iOS that can be installed as of right now is the iOS 14.7.1 update that was released last week.
