The tighter management squeezes, the more employees will slip through their fingers.

I’m not in any form of management, but I feel if an employee is 100% efficient at home and 80% efficient in an office, then let them work remotely. Managers who feel the need to be able to “look over your shoulder” should be managers. Either trust your people to do their jobs or expect them to turn in notices.

And with the incentives companies are now offering to potential employees, companies need to make sure they are taking care of their current employees.

Just my $0.02.

Ten people? Is that all? How many people work at their headquarters? If the 6000 people associated with the Slack channel mentioned in the article all work in the same building/area then 10 resignations are nothing to write about, in my opinion.
