Me too! I really enjoy the videos that Apple Support puts out. That said, security tips are always a good idea. Lord knows, the more they are available, the more people will see them. I understand that Apple wants to control the narrative, but maybe they'd be smart to create a Tik Tok or YouTube channel for their employees to share their ideas/tips. Of course, Apple would be able to approve them ahead of time.

From first glance, the employee didn’t initially state she was an Apple employee and the information she provided was good. Still, I’m going by what was written in the article.
