Apple again denied chance to dismiss employee discrimination lawsuit

A California Judge has again ruled against Apple in its attempt to dismiss an employee discrimination case filed against the company. Anita Nariani Schulze alleges she was treated as subservient because of her Hindu Indian background by her superiors.
