App Update Help

Is there any way to permanently reject an app update? There is one app that I use quite a bit and a few weeks ago they pushed out an update. I checked to see what the update added before blindly accepting it and I was glad that I did because the update included ads between all of the levels in this game. The problem is that now I cannot use the "update all" button anymore and I have to update one by one to avoid the onslaught of ads between levels in this game. Is there anyway to reject this update permanently?

Nope, it's expected everyone would want every update.
