App Store won't display apps

I've been having graphical issues for a while now even after I restored as a new device. I also used iTunes to reinstall fresh.

Now it's gotten even weirder. I can't access the App Store at all. It started out by screenshots and apps with black bars or the icons being jumbled up. Any ideas?

By the way it happens on wifi and cellular.

try logging out of the itunes store in settings and log back in

I just tried that. Also tried resetting the network settings.

Stoll not working.

i think the fix involves setting the set ahead a year but seems to fix the issue with automatic time zone

Might try this:
Hold both buttons until unit shuts down. When restarting hold both buttons but when apple appears do not release - keep holding until apple disappears and then reappears again. When you then release, the apple will stay lit for much longer than usual but will eventually move to your sign in screen. iTunes restored now.

Disclaimer- I never tried this.

I was having the same problem last Friday. Except that it was stuck on one of the "Featured" menus. Took a few hours, but the App Store returned to normal.
