Hey yall- seems as though my App Store icon has an update to be made. This whole week I have been unable to do it because it looks as though it's asking me the password for someone else's account. I have restarted the phone, signed out of my Apple ID and signed back in and also have force closed the App Store app with no success to get rid of this red notification or get getting app updated.

Hope that someone can give some insight and here is an image with the account they keep asking me to put in the password for- but I have no idea who's account that is.

Thanks yall

Whoops thought I could upload a pic from my phone here but I cannot.

Thank you for trying to help, that didn't work either. It still asks me for the password for tamw and that is NOT me. But I'm signed in under my own login and password under the settings>iTunes/app

Wonder if someone has used a computer after you or you've sold a computer or old iOS device and it's related to that. Have you ever left it with Apple for a repair or sold any of your old devices?

Also do you have family sharing in use? - what happens when you log into iCloud.com and manage your Apple ID? Same goes for doing it within iTunes and managing your Apple ID? Anything in there or associated devices you don't know of?
