App store is blank on ipad Air 2

Just got new ipad Air 2. When I click on App store it is coming up blank. I tried clicking on Featured, Top Charts but nothing comes up and it is just blank. I already signed in with icloud but I don't know why App store does not work at all

Welcome to iMore! Did you enable wifi? Do you have a strong cellular signal?
Try a hard reset:
Hold the top or side power/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release.
