App store is blank on iPad Air 2, how can I fix this?

App store is blank on ipad Air 2

Just got new ipad Air 2. When I click on App store it is coming up blank. I tried clicking on Featured, Top Charts but nothing comes up and it is just blank. I already signed in with icloud but I don't know why App store does not work at all

Could be that you can not currently connecting to Apple's servers. Simple as that. Seen this happen before. Try again in awhile.

Try a hard reset.
Hold the top or side power/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release.
