App store failure

Hi. I updated my ipad pro to iOS10. I cant access the app store to update my apps.
I tried turning it off and turning it back on. No luck.
Any help? Thanks.

Try signing out and then back in to your iTunes account. Also make sure that you're connected to wifi or have cellular data enabled for app downloads.

Didnt work i have wifi on.
